When Will My Order Ship?
Expect your order to be processed within 1-2 business days. This excludes transit time. For order status inquiries, contact our customer service at info@laenviro.com.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments come with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number once your order is processed and shipped, which may take up to 3 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Out-of-Stock Items
Items marked "Out of Stock" on our website are temporarily unavailable. Keep an eye on our site for restocks and new styles.
Modifying or Canceling Orders
Once placed, we start working on your order immediately. Unfortunately, we can't modify or cancel an order after it's confirmed. Check the accuracy of your information before ordering.
Account and Order Visibility
Orders placed before creating an account won't show in it. Only post-account creation orders are visible. For queries, email us at info@laenviro.com.
Incorrect Address After Shipment
Email info@laenviro.com within 24 hours to address any address errors. After shipment, we can't guarantee adjustments. Incorrectly shipped orders are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We take responsibility for lost or stolen packages during transit, and we are committed to ensuring you receive your order. However, please be aware that delayed packages due to courier issues are beyond our control. For assistance with delayed deliveries, please contact your courier with your tracking number. Additionally, keep in mind that customs procedures may occasionally cause delays in the delivery process
Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from receipt to process a return/exchange. Email info@laenviro.com with details. Items returned without an RMA form may experience delays.
Refunds on Credit Card
Expect a refund within 2-5 business days after processing, but it may take up to 10 days depending on your financial institution.
Credit Card Acceptance
Use your Visa or Mastercard for payment. Ensure your billing address matches your credit card statement.
Damaged Item or Incorrect Item
Contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@laenviro.com for damaged or incorrect items.
Returned Package
If your package is returned, we'll attempt reshipment. A refund may be issued if we can't reach you within 24 hours prior to reshipment. Track your order closely.
