Easy Returns & Exchanges

At LA ENVIRO, your satisfaction is paramount. If you're not content with your purchase, you have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return or exchange. The item should be in its original condition. Please note, final sale items and clearance/discounted items are not eligible for return/exchange.

To qualify, the merchandise must be:

  • Brand new, unused, and in perfect condition.

We offer a 30-day window for free returns. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. Final sale items are non-refundable. Items showing signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.

Ensure your return/exchange package includes all original hangtags, packaging materials, and components. Return in the original box with protective materials inside. Don't forget to include proof of purchase (order confirmation/email).

Refunds Made Simple

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. The credited amount will reflect in your next bank statement. After completing the return, you'll receive a confirmation email. Online order returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of order receipt.

Exchanges Simplified

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original order and placing a new one. We can't guarantee the same item's availability for exchange.

Follow these steps for returns/exchanges:

  1. Contact us at with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Pack and seal your return, noting the RA number on the package.
  4. Return expenses are the customer's responsibility. Use tracking and insurance.
  5. LA ENVIRO isn't responsible for return package damage or loss.

Warranty Details

Handbags & Wallets come with a one-year warranty, subject to conditions and exclusions. This merchandise is protected by a limited warranty from the original purchase date. If a product is found defective within the first year, it can be replaced with the same product.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you have a manufacturing defect, follow these steps:

  2. Include order details, photos of the damaged product, full name, shipping address, and phone number.

We'll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Pack and seal your return with this number.

*Please note, we don't require customers to buy new packaging for return shipping. Reuse original materials.
